What Linkstall is
Linkstall gives sellers a store page where shoppers choose items and send their order to the seller on WhatsApp. Linkstall is a tool. We are not the seller, and we are not a party to any sale between a seller and a shopper.
Sellers
You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, stock, delivery and refunds, and for following the law that applies to your business. You must have the right to use any photo or logo you upload. Do not sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or harmful goods. We may remove a store that breaks these rules.
Payments and delivery happen directly between you and your customer. Linkstall does not take payment for your orders, does not hold your customers' money, and is not responsible for disputes between you and your customers.
Shoppers
Sending an order is a request to the seller. The sale is only complete when the seller confirms it and you agree payment and delivery with them. Check the seller's details before you pay.
Free trial and plans
New stores get a 7-day free trial with all features on. The trial clock starts when you add your first product. After the trial you need a paid plan (Basic, Medium or Premium) to add products and use paid features. Prices and plan features are shown in your dashboard and may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
If your trial or plan ends, your store stays online, your customers can still send orders, and you can still see your orders and update their status. You cannot add new products or use paid features until you pay.
Availability
We work to keep Linkstall running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Check the details of each order before you act on it.
Limit of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Linkstall is not responsible for lost sales, lost orders, or losses that come from the way sellers and shoppers deal with each other.
Ending your account
You can stop using Linkstall at any time. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or misuses the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
